Our office is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. We are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

All examinations, and other services, are provided by appointment only. Please call 419.692.7873 to schedule your appointment.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please call 24 hours before so another patient can see the doctor. The office reserves the right to charge for missed appointments.

We realize that your time is valuable too. If your appointment must be changed because of an office emergency, we will call you as soon as possible.
