We provide affordable, quality dental care, and even process your insurance forms for you.

Payment is due at each visit. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you can't pay at the office, please talk to our receptionist and make the necessary arrangements.

Payment plans are available for orthodontic and temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ) treatments.

If you have dental insurance, we will submit the insurance forms for you at no additional charge. Please bring a form with you and have your portion completed and signed.

Insurance may pay all, some or none of your dental bill. Please remember that you are responsible for paying for any charges not covered by your insurance.
